24 Tubes Color Steel Integrated Pressure Solar Water Heater for Flat Roof working principle

The water storage tank is a closed pressure reservoir without any air-vent, hence the outlet hot water shares the same pressure with the inlet cold water. Heat pipe heads are plugged into the pipe caps which are fixed in a row in storage tank, the vacuum tubes absorbs solar irradiation with its coating and transfer to heat pipe tubes through aluminum fins, the heat-conduction liquid inside heat pipe tube will vaporize and rise to heat pipe head to release heat to water inside storage tank through the pipe caps, then the vapor will condense to form liquid and flows down to heat pipe bottom and wait for second heat transfer.

1. Inner tank: Food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B 1.2-1.5mm

2. Tank Exterior Shell: High-quality white color steel plate 0.4mm

3. Heat Insulation: High-density polyurethane integrated foam-forming insulation layer

4. Vacuum Tube: Red copper heat pipe, three-target glass tube, aluminum fin and heat-resisting silicon seal

5. Bracket: Hot-dip black coated galvanized steel 1.2mm, universal bracket suitable for slope and flat roof installation

6. Electrical Heater: serves as backup heating element to ensure reliable and continuous hot water supply in rainy or cloudy days

7. Intelligent Controller: Automatically controls the operation of solar system and provides protection system from overheating, electrical-shock, anti-freeze, etc.

8. Anode Magnesium: with its anode consumption to protect solar system from water scale and erosion

9.T&P & Safety Valve: Protecting water tank and pipeline from excessive pressure and temperature
