Split solar water heaters consist of 3 main parts, solar collectors, a storage water tank, and a working station. This system is controlled by a controller in the working station.

The split pressurized solar water heater composes of heat pipe solar collector, storage water tank, workstation system, accessories and interconnecting pieces.

Inlightsolar split pressurized solar water heater which is speciall designed for the villa. The split means that the collector separates from water storage tank. Collector maybe installed either on the roof or wall while water tank may be installed at any place in a villa flexible. Collector harmonizes with villa's outlook and maintains villa's outlook beauty.

200L Split Type Color Steel Antifreezing Heat Pipe Solar Water Heater System Working Principle:

Adopt the temperature difference circulation, controller operates whole system automatically.
1. Pump will start circulation when temperature difference between collector and water reaches the set value.
2. Pump will stop circulation once the temperature difference lower than set value.
3. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically
4. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to the water tank by copper heat exchanger.
5. Assistant heating element will start if hot water does not reach set value.

Applications:

Domestic hot water for shower, washing,heating room.
